New fork extensions arrived a few days late, but were in good shape and as described. Worked fine on my forklift. There is no issue with your product in either quality, price or fit and finish. The only problem is using Fed-ex. They always seem to either lose or damage something. This order made it from Pennsylvania to Champaign Illinois on time(this is about an hour from my location). But then for some reason, they shipped it to the northern border of Illinois almost into Wisconsin. This added 3-4 days to the delivery time. I understand that this is not Titan's fault, but I wish you'd reconsider giving the custoer an option NOT to use Fed-Ex.
