Everyday I get more and more surprised by how companies have created such a culture to ensure no responsibility and avoid any and all opportunities to provide customer support.
Ordered a pallet frame from them 2 weeks ago, upon receipt the frame is out of square and will not attach to my machine. Going on a week emailing their warranty department who only told me to find someone to modify their frame to fit my tractor. I refuse that as an acceptable solution and now they will not respond to my emails and when you call you are not allowed to talk to anyone from their warranty department. They will refuse to put anyone on the phone just ask you to email again and then will say they didn’t receive my email even though I’m responding multiple times to the email chain we have been communicating through for almost a week but now all of a sudden you are not getting them.
So I have opened a claim with my credit card company.
Stay away from this company and their fraudulent activities.
Also don’t listen to the reviews on their website as they have to review and approve your review so if it’s negative they just delete it.
