Overall, high quality products. I ordered a 7 piece bucket tooth set and when it arrived, I was missing several parts (2 tooth tips, several nuts). I called customer service the next day and they took care of it after about a 15 minute phone call. Shipped missing parts out quickly. The fork attachment I ordered took longer than expected to arrive, but I think that was due to delays with the shipping company. Overall, I’m satisfied and would buy from them again.
