Horrible experience. Delayed shipment, shipment came in multiple freight deliveries, never delivered final fork blade, broken English hard to communicate customer support (seems as things are lost through translator) Contacted customer support and told them it wasn’t delivered (been over a month waiting) they said it wasn’t in stock and no longer available. Went back and forth and they wanted me to return the other two items, told them it wasn’t an option as they are heavy items and I’m not paying for freight because of their incompetence. Needless to say after threatening to dispute the whole transaction with AMEX they suddenly had the fork and delivered it within the week… STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.
