I purchased a cultivator and it was delivered without shanks. I call Titan and told them of the issue. They were going to send out another set of shanks. The next day the shanks were delivered. I called Titan again and told them the shanks were delivered. I also sent two emails stating the shanks were delivered. Titan keep sending me e-mails that the replacement shanks were going to be delivered. Now I'm getting emails stating the order has been delayed. I think the left and right hands at Titan need to get together. This has been a pain in the backside.
