I’m impressed with the quality of the mower so far.
When I got the mower it was missing the two short pick up brackets and the hardware.
I called the support group and they sent me the pdf to download and identify the missing parts.
This was stressful and consumed a lot of time.
After several days I got the correct part and finished the installation.
By the way the the parts and assemble instructions leaves a lot to be desired.
