I haven't been able to use the new grapple i bought from you because i also bought a solonoid switch to install a third function. The hydraulic unit was supposed to be scratch and dent, but was used and damaged, and can't be installed. I was told before i bought (because i called to make sure) that scratch and dent may have cosmetic issues, or there may be easily replaceable pieces like nuts or bolts or washers missing. The unit i received was used and damaged and should not have been returned to inventory. I documented this in videos and sent back to customer service, who can't seem to move forward. I need some assistance with a return for the $800 paper weight you sold me for a working unit.
