The loader bucket is excellent: 5 stars. Much heavier duty than the JD bucket and $500 less. One star goes to the order department which could not seem to receive my tax exempt certification for 3+ weeks despite my sending it by email, text, etc. Prompt delivery, free shipping and excellent packaging all get 5 stars, hence the 4 star rating.
