The buying experiece was easy and the price was fair. Not great...but fair. Customer service was excellent before the sale, but I haven't needed it since. The product is well built and looks solid. I guess only time will tell in that regard. My one complaint, which led the the 4 stars instead of 5, was that instead of shrink-wrapping everything onto a pallet and sending it all at once, the pallet forks were sent unpackaged in three separate shipments. Which meant I got the frame and one fork one day and the second form wandered in the next day. That's really quite minor, but it was an irritant and really ticked off the Fed Ex driver. Then again, he's paid for that sort of thing, isn't he?
