Not good so far. Ordered a QA standard fork attachment, it shipped in 3 pieces via Fed Ex parcel. It was scratched and dinged up when I received it. Fork frame doesn't fit the tractor, 30-90 day estimated time for warranty claim process. I also ordered a fork mounted grapple, which I cannot use until the warranty process plays out. I needed this stuff yesterday, of course.
Warranty support is outsourced overseas.
