Your order system worked well and I received the replacement flail blades and also the bolts which were not included with my last order.
However, you shipped them via FedX which unlike UPS and USPS again left them at the end of my driveway outside of my property gate under the sign that says "Press Button to Open Gate" and "Do not Leave Packages Outside the Gate" I have hundreds of vehicles that turn around at my gate every day due to it location next to the entrance to the hiking trails. I would prefer that you use some other shipping service in the future.
