There was a short in my order of a 5-pack of flail mower cutters. I called the company and, after sending a picture of the freshly opened box, they quickly agreed that there was a short and that the rest of the order would be shipped free of charge. It arrived quickly.
Good service! But, I am perplexed by how someone at the distribution center could have made the mistake.
I got two cutters and four bolts on the first go-round. Pretty strange if you ask me.
