I did not receive the package. The package was delayed in transit for the reason of a lost label. Fed ex has stated that it was delivered on August 22nd but I did not receive the package. I did receive several Amazon items that day. I talked with the regular Fed ex driver and there was a fill in person that day. I have went to all several residences close to me and nobody accidentally got it. Not saying that someone coould not have stolen the item in the couple of hours before we arrived at home, but I live in a small neighborhood with little to now crime and we received several Amazon packages that day. We do not have problems with shipping often. But when we do it is typically Fed Ex delivery to the wrong house. Know that there was a fill in driver that day I’m guessing that is what happened. I contacted Titan customer assistance and have not heard back. I have a Titan flail mower and I’m in the process of buying some Forks for my tractor. I hope to have thos issue resolved.
