The Purchase order was messed up and did not arrive in 3-5 business days as paid for with an additional shipment payment. The order was then incorrect and had to be returned and re-purchased. The return is still ongoing and my credit for $1000+ piece of equipment which has a verified return shipment from FEDEX from 3 (almost 4) weeks ago is still not credited. I am now getting to carry a balance on my credit card for a lack of efficiencies on your companies part. I will not seek to use Titan for my future farming equipment purchases unless I read about major changes in your business practices. Very disappointing first and last experience.
