The equipment is fine, communication is fine. What I learned the hard way is canceling an order and reordering the correct part is next to impossible even if you do it within an hour of placing the first. This needs to be improved. Amazon and other on line companies handle order changes very efficiently. Not only did I correct my mistake within an hour I did receive the first wrong part and return shipping was 1/2 the value of the order. You did wave the restocking fee which was nice but you need to fix the issue of canceled ordered. I know as you do my order was not packed and shipped within 1 hour. There is a missing communication link.
