Purchase process was easy. The shipper lost my pallet fork attachment and Titan sent a replacement. Be sure to opt in for shipping insurance.
My only complaint would be that when the Fdx lost my attachment and I called both the shipper and Titan to try to get it resolved I was told by both companys that I would be called back. After a day or 2 of no call backs I got the email from Titan that my new shipment was being processed and sent. If you tell someone you will call them back, call them back.
