This 4 star rating is for the customer service team as they were prompt on resolving my issue.
As for the attachment, there are some manufacturing issues that causes it to not attach correctly. I was sent a replacement but it had the same issues. I ended up modifying the attachment so it would correctly attach to my tractor.
