We received the new grapple and within 15 minutes of use it was completely malfunctioning. We requested a replacement and was told to file a warranty claim. This has almost cost us a large job. We had to spend $800 to rent a grapple and have it delivered for one week. It was obviously a defective piece and should immediately be replaced without hesitation. You can call me at (606) 422-9342.
