Never received the product, your shipper stopped the shipment due to damage. You should have offered me a new replacement in any color. Instead you just tell me I'll get a refund 5-7 days after you receive the item returned to your warehouse. So you think you can hold on to my money for weeks for a product that never got within 200 miles of here and due to no fault of mine. That's an abusive practice especially for a 3 times previous customer. I spoke to customer service twice about these issues and was told they would talk to accounting and call me back, this hasn't happened.
