I placed an order but after a week+ I noticed the FedEx tracking information had not changed in several days. I emailed Titan and was told that they did not know what happened to the first order but would send a second order. This is what Poohyee wrote . . . "Please know that this is a one-time courtesy and that we strongly recommend that you opt-in for shipping insurance on future orders to receive a refund or replacement for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit." This is absurd. Why would I be responsible for a shipment that was never delivered? The same thing happened to the second shipment. Tracking information stalled within a few days. So, I contacted FedEx directly multiple times and they were able to locate the package and get it moving again. The package arrived in poor condition with ripped plastic, bolts sticking out and a missing nut. Why Titan chose to send three backhoe teeth, bolts and nuts weighing 13.5 lbs wrapped only in plastic is a mystery to me.
