The attachment (pallet forks) was delivered in three shipments. Two of the three were delivered on time….the frame and one pallet fork. The other pallet fork was lost and when I contacted a CSR, she checked with Fed Ex and told me they didn’t know where the other pallet fork was. I waited a couple more days and it still didn’t show. I called again and a different CSR told me I would have to wait another ten days before they would send another one. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would get a call before the end of the day. That did not happen. I did get a call the next day and the lady was helpful ( actually had common sense) and told me she would immediately ship another pallet fork blade. I did receive it a few days later. Really should not have to escalate to take care of such an easy issue.
