Smooth, seamless ordering process. And quick delivery! The reason for four stars instead of five is that the pinholes for the Toro quick attach plate are too large, and it creates some slop for the forks frame. This seems like a recurring complaint on Titan products, and I have no idea why they cannot seem to fix it. I can live with it, and the forks are heavy duty.
