I order a set of grapples for my tractor. When they got here they were very damaged. So I tried calling many times to no prevail. So I brought the damaged mess into my shop and straightened all the bent parts and got everything lined back up. Now it’s hoses and the main cylinder. Hopefully they will ship the parts. But I’m really not holding my breath!
