Initially, the problem wasn't with Titan, but with R&L Shipping, the company you contracted to deliver the equipment. It became a problem with Titan when I contacted you about the issue and heard nothing in return. The driver dumped our wood chipper on the side of the road, a half-mile from our property, partially blocking access to the road that also services three other homes besides ours. When I contacted them, they made the excuse that they were contracted to deliver "curbside, no signature required". Again, they missed our curb by a half-mile or so. Luckily, I was getting home just after they had dumped the equipment and already had the forks (which I purchased from Titan as well...) on the tractor, so was able to quickly move the pallets out of our neighbors' driveway. As I said, I've already contacted you about this, but have heard nothing back. I will be shopping for equipment elsewhere until 1) I hear back from you, and 2) I have your assurance that you will not be using R&L Shipping for future deliveries.
