I placed an order 11/27 only to find out 11/28 that the wrong address was used. I immediatly called to correct the issue on 11/28, only to find out that the 1st order had to be canceled and my CC charged again for the order with promise to refuse bd me in 5-7 business days. Order arrived but it is now 12/12 and my refund has not been made. Very poor customer service to fix a company problem(s)!!
