A five star review was close but when I tried to speak to a product agent prior to making a decision to purchase the return call came a couple of days later. Not being able to answer the return call from the Titan staff because I was driving, I tried returning the call minutes later but still was not able to get ahold of anyone. The questions I had would have been helpful if they had been answered to prepare for the arrival of my unit.
