The Cat 2 Quick Hitch I purchased seems to be good quality I have not had a chance to use it or even put it on my tractor. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired as it was falling off the hitch when I received the package. damage was minimal and only to the paint on the bottom of the hitch. I would say packaging SHOULD be improved
