The item came faster than I thought. However, while installing I was missing some nuts, bolts and washers. I called and did not have to wait long, However, they did not have the items in stock and asked if I could go to a local hardware store and purchase, send them the receipt and they would credit my order. I did this and sent the receipt. However, it took two reminder emails and 10 days for them to credit my card. The attachment itself is as described and as I thought it would be. Hence, 4 stars.
