I am very happy with the quality of the product. I feel like the communication could have been better about the delay of one piece. I knew of a delay, but when the first part of the order came, it was in two shipments (I assumed the forks were one part of the order shipment). When the main body didn’t show up, I thought someone took it or there was something else going on. Initially it was frustrating, but it was resolved quickly after I contacted both FedEx and Titan.
