I still, after 22 days, do not have all the pieces of the palletforks.
FedEx is unresponsive, and the insurance I paid for refused to cover because FedEx kept updating the shipping. FedEx updated the tracking to say the item had moved from CA to TX, BUT when I called FedEx's phone number the agent said no, it was still in CA.
One of the pieces was delivered to the wrong house, but luckily my wife saw it and had to drag the 100+ across the neighbor's driveway and our yard.
