I received the pick of equipment on a timely basis, noticed immediately no instruction manual, emailed and received instructions as to how to download, no problem. Upon reviewing the manual, extremely disappointed with the lack of usable information. Upon attaching equipment to machine the equipment was extremely sensitive to remote control,email for assistance in adjusting, as well as called, 4 days later and have still gotten no response. It is the week before Christmas so I am not overreacting at this time, however will be extremely disappointed if I do not get a response within 10 days.
