Root rake was delivered very quickly after my order....much faster than in the past with Titan. The rake is very heavy-duty and is fine. The shipping pallet however was almost in pieces on the delivery truck. There was much too light wood used in the pallet that was selected by Titan for shipping given the weight and size of the root rake. But as I said, the rake is a heavy-duty beast, and although the paint was very scratched all over the rake is 100% functional.
