Pallet forks delivered, with no box, left on concrete driveway, in pouring rain. Then I tried to install, and the quick install bullets were off. Thought about returning, but decided to file opening of loader frame enough to get them to drop into frame. Now, installed, they work very nicely. The quality of the rest of the product is wonderful.
