Hay Bale Spear arrived missing a pin. (maybe Titan should consider shipping the pins in the box with the spikes vs. attached to the hitch) I contacted Titan and informed them of the issue. I received an email from Joen stating: "I have checked with our warehouse and currently, the Pins are out of stock. It is still in the Production stage as we communicate and it would take 3-4 weeks to restock. What I would suggest in order to avoid waiting, you can purchase the Pins locally from a Hardware Store. Once you purchase it, give us a copy of the receipt and we will reimburse the cost of it. It's the quickest option we have now in order for you to use the attachment right away. Just bring the Pin that you have and let them check to make sure you are purchasing its exact partner. I will be waiting for your update and a photo of the receipt. Joen Titan Support" The Pin on this implement is very special and not easy to find. So, I looked online and found that this pin "Was" available at Titan. So, I ordered a pin from Titan. I sent Joen the receipt as requested. I have received some correspondence from Titan stating how they are busy and that they will look into the situation when they have time and look at reimbursing me when they get time. I am not very happy or satisfied with how this order has gone. I have been lied to and still not reimbursed as promised. There are other implements I am interested in purchasing but based on this experience I will look for alternative merchants to do business with. Randal Hicks
