Overall the process was very easy and I received my attachment quickly. The only reason I gave four stars is because the phone from which I placed my order does not accept text messages and apparently that is how the carrier was trying to communicate with me so I had no clear idea of when the delivery was to be made. It all worked out, but recommend sales rep ask if a number is a good number for text messages and not assume all numbers are mobile and text compatible.
