My attachment was delivered promptly and arrived without any damage, however it did not arrive as expected. I expected it to be delivered on a skid but it was delivered in a cardboard wrapper, which was mostly torn apart. I had a lot of trouble placing my order online, the website didn't respond as expected, I had to call in and place my order over the phone, more time and aggravation. All of the details I placed in my online order were not relayed to my phone placed order.
