1st thing is I have a 400 foot uphill driveway and I am Disabled. I ordered an item that weighed about 250-300lbs on 12/20/2023. On 1/4/2024 I was delivered the wrong item. On 1/9/2024 it was picked up for return. Both times Titan used Fed Ex. Each time the drivers called and worked out the details prior to arrival. They must have been given my number by Titan. Then on 1/11/2024 they used SAIA LTL Freight. The driver never called and and he left my item 400ft from my house at the bottom of my driveway near the busy rural road I live on and told me he only does curbside delivery. He never explained what he delivered and never asked for my signature. After paying over $600 including $100 for shipping I expected better. Now my item is down near the road and I'm hoping it doesn't get stolen before I hire someone to drop it off near my house. After calling customer service 3 times they told me it was my problem basically. They made sure they got the wrong item they shipped to me by mistake but couldn't care less about getting the item I order in the first place. I will NEVER buy anything from Titan again and will pass on my terrible experience that I had. Zero consideration for the disabled.
