This order was a simple 2 bolt, 2 nut and 4 washer follow-up based on a few missing parts from a recent delivery of a wood chipper. I spoke with service and identified the exact needs from the partnumber list in the Titan manual. Service said 'got it". Well, the wrong parts were shipped. The 2 nuts were right but both bolts were too short and unbelievably the 4 washers that went on them were about 5 sizes to big. The small bolt heads slide through the holes in the washers. So 6 of 8 parts were wrong. Wake up.
