I ordered a 5' drum spike aerator. It took a few weeks longer than expected to show up. When it came it was a pallet dropped at the end of my 1/2 mile long driveway. No notification that its was to be delivered. The issue was that it was not what I ordered; it was a pallet forks or something totally different. If I had been notified I could have prevented them leaving the wrong item. I emailed without response then called to get the wrong item picked up and the correct item shipped. A week or more passed before the pick up and another week to get the orginally ordered product, which was also dumped at the end of my driveway without notice. The whole process took about a month. One of the bearings was damaged in shipment, however I didnt even try to do a warrenty claim as it was easier to get it repaired locally. The temps went from 40 degrees to -7 degrees between ordering and having a chance to try it. Needless to say it is just sitting now unitl April when I can get it out from under a blanket of snow and try it. Not thrilled about the delivery and time to recive the product. Ill need to wait to do an actual review on its effectivness come spring.
