You mistakenly put an order on hold that I had already completely paid for. When I called to check the status I was told that when you do this you don't even alert the customer, you just wait until the customer gets so fed up with waiting that they have to call you. Then the best you can do is ask them if they really want what they ordered and start over again without offering any type of discount or anything for their trouble. I have now ordered from you twice (5 items total) and had problems associated with each order. Put me down as not near as satisfied as I should be.
