I was informed my item was on back order. I did not know it would ship separately. So when I received only part of it and was told that that completed my order, I tried to call for clarification. That was where my issues are.
It was almost impossible to get a live person on the phone for ONE simple question!!! It took me nearly an hour… WHO has time to spend an hour trying to speak to a live person???. By the time I finally got a person, I was ready to shoot someone…although they were very nice… the whole incident was uncalled for and left a bad taste in my mouth and I was ready to ditch your company.
Customer service is key to repeat customers. In this day and time when there is no accountability, customers are drawn to businesses that STILL cater to the customer… with all the built up frustrations over poor service from employees that are not trained and/or could care less about pride in their performance …”sorry, I ONLY work here”…. What kind of response is that…with at attitude, it doesn’t take much to look somewhere else.
