After an almost 6 week ballast box arrived looking like it was dragged on concrete with one lower mounting ear bent so badly it will not mount on tractor still no response on how Titan wants to resolve problem.
It has been almost two months now since ordering and still no working ballast box
I have spoken with Joe, Laura, Esther and will be making my 6th call this AM to "Jinky".
I bought this box for winter and we are now entering the snow season and I need the box ASAP.
