Titan used 3 different shipping companies to send 3 items I ordered at the same time. 1 item came via ups, which was damaged. 1 item came via fedex, who's driver couldn't handle the items and was wrecking other customers packages accessing mine. the 3rd item came on a proper freight truck.
I had to return the damaged item, costing time (that irreplaceable commodity) and frustration due to titan's "support" staff does not understand english or the products.
Outsourcing support departments has been one of the biggest deteriorators of all our social systems.
