Order got lost by trucking company. Titan customer service not very helpful, call center is in India and all they can do is 'write a ticket'. Very frustrating dealing with them. Almost no follow-up, they just said wait longer. Fortunately trucking company was very helpful and genuinely cared about the customer. Finally they found it and delivered it. Have not been able to use land plane yet because ground is frozen now and covered with 16" of snow. Will have to wait until spring to use it. Visually it looks fairly well made.
