The HD Root grapple was recieved promptly and had great communication with the shipping company. we hooked the grapple up and greased it.Also double checked the bolts and hose fittings tightness, all were secure. noticed the one of the pivot point pins on the upper jaw was recessed into the frame. closer inspection indicated the main frame was not welded square. one side is off about 1/4 inch where the top cylinder pin goes thru. I hooked the attachment up and put it through a good workout. It did a great job removing stumps, construction debris, etc... since, i've replaced the pin with a 1/2 inch longer pin to keep from wallowing out the bushing. Works great! Other than a slight quality control issue, I'm very satisfied with the HD Root grapple.
