Shipping took nearly 3 weeks past the initial promise. Grapple crate arrived upside down on a random pallet with grapple slopping around so some paint off already. 4 grease zerks missing others not tight. Nothing greased. Bolt missing on cylinder guard. Came with AG hyd. Connectors while advertised as flat face equipped. Product seems solid after $200 parts and labor!
