I payed extra for the shipping insurance because I know things happen. When only 2 of the 8 teeth and shanks showed up, I called and was on hold for close to an hour waiting for someone to address my issue. I was directed to contact Route to file a clam, after waiting almost 3 days for the follow up email to start the clam. I then went through the process, which seems a little fishy as they only refund through PayPal or Venmo. I received the email saying that the refund would be in my Venmo account in 24hr. Have waiting 48hrs, still nothing. I contacted Titan and they pushed it back to Route (whom you can’t call to talk to anyone) I still have not received my refund and this will most likely be my last purchase from Titan. Customer service is poor after the sale and good luck filing a clam.
