Good product but zero customer service. When I first ordered it, the salesperson insisted he'd sent a link to my email to complete transaction. Nothing was in my email nor spam. Called, on hold for 40 minutes, same answer...still not received. Four times, so I finally just purchased from the site. I was told I would be contacted to schedule delivery. That NEVER HAPPENED. I received an email with graphic informing me item was in transit. NO CALL regarding scheduling I called multiple times to ask about delivery, to ask for contact information from trucking firm...it (again) too multiple times and STILL NO ONE CONTACED ME TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY. Then on a Friday night, when I was off the property (work having ended) I received notice the item was being delivered. At night, after hours, no one contacted. I called Titan and the rep lied to me and said it had not been delivered but the driver did come to our farm at night but had the good sense to not drop it off in the dark with no one to sign for it. Again,NO ONE contacted us to schedule delivery. The following Monday, I called multiple times to find out the status of the delivery. No one on the end of the phone could help at all. The driver did come, around noon, the items was delivered but it was a headache from an administrative position. One of the hose couplings did not fit (and I contacted a third party to help since Titan does not offer customer service) and again, emails of FAQs and a manual we already have. Literally hours on the phone...and the last one I opted for call back that NEVER happened.
