It said free shipping but was charged $75 for handling when it arrived the steel cage was held together with wire and half off the pallet the bucket was tied to the pallet with one piece of wire and half off pallet too I know I'm going to scratch the paint off when using it in the dirt to pull trees but when it shows up new it would have been nice if it wasn't already scratched up especially when I paid $75 for handling fee
