Item was solid, built well. shipped out in timely manner, but $65 to prepare shipment, when shipping is free? Nice to have a sale price, but to add packing fees back on top? Just add into your cost. I even had delivered to business address, which saved you $75 - $100 from residential, and they had no liftgate. It was unloaded by hand.
